Tom Andrews rejects claims of non-consultation, standing by displaced figures while urging peaceful dialogue over border dispute

Prime Minister Hun Sen told UN special envoy on Myanmar Noeleen Heyzer that Cambodia remains committed to assisting this country in finding the solution to ending the crisis and providing humanitarian assistance to those in need as well as spurring dialogue between all parties to the conflict.
